First off, a little about us: Who we are what do we do and a little information about ordering, a bit boring to read but is all good information you to know...Ok- It is a lot boring! But it is important!
- Who we are and what we do: Answer: We are a small business, just my wife and I. Working to raise our two kids. What we do, we engrave gifts such as beer mugs, wine glasses, champagne flutes, acrylic cake toppers, shot glasses, glass flasks, pint glasses and more
- How much is shipping? Answer: All of our item pricing includes engraving and free ground shipping to USA. International is not free and you must contact us before ordering for a shipping rate quote
- Why buy from us? That is simple... We are a small mom and pop store (online only) and we are dedicated to you - the customer!
- Do you offer express service? Answer: Sometimes we can, express rush orders are not always possible. Please contact us before making a express request
- Do you have a printed catalog or a physical store you can go to... Answer: No. Online only
- Can I ship my glass to you for engraving? Answer: No. Sorry.
- Can I call you on the phone with my order information or questions: Answer, No. We are not staffed to take phone calls. All orders must be placed on this website or through email. Why is this? So you and I have a written record of engraving/order details/price/etc.. With phone calls there are big chances of misunderstood pricing, information, engraving requests, name spelling, etc. Sorry about this, we have learned the hard way over the years. The risk for potential unhappy customers is very high with phone orders...
- What is your return policy? Answer: No returns for changed dates, cancelled events, etc. Since the items we offer are custom engraved there is no way we can restock the items you ordered.
- If we made a mistake on the order: Answer: we will fix it at our cost and it will be done as fast as humanly possible. Remember, we all make mistakes from time to time, it is part of being human so please keep the nastygrams to a minimum and hits above the belt please! We understand your frustration, you ordered something and it comes in wrong, it is disappointing. Rest assured if we made the mistake or something was damaged in shipp
- If we made the mistake or there was damage during shipping, please contact us as soon as you can (email or contact us link above) with your order information, order number, etc. Please do not return broken glassware, carefully place it in trash or the glass recycling bin. If you can, email us a photo of the broken, damaged or incorrectly engraved order
- ing we will take care of it as fast as humanly possible!
- Not happy with the quality that you received? Answer: Contact us asap. The glassware we use is the best for the price, it is not fine crystal, it is rugged/well made items. Glass sometimes has minor imperfections, we use the best looking items but sometimes there may be small bubbles or imperfections
- Please check over your order confirmation message you recieve after you place your order and make sure everything is the way you want the engravings to be done. Let us know asap if there are any changes
- How long does it take to get my items?
- At the risk of sounding mean... (and this is not the case.. We promise you!) Please do not order on (for example) a Friday and request that your order to be completed, packed and sent out on Monday for delivery Tuesday! See above links for order processing times which is updated from time to time as our 2 person shop gets busy. You must give us time to complete the order and ship it and allow time for delivery.
Again, at the risk of sounding grumpy- The old saying fits quite well! "Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part"
- How do you ship? Answer: We ship your items the best way depending on the weight of your order, no express shipping for free (example, lightweight items, a single shot glass will be sent by mail and an entire set of beer mugs would be sent by UPS Ground
- You have a custom logo to be engraved. Can you do it? Answer: email it to us and see if it can be done. If it can we will direct you to the correct custom order page. Click to email: john @ best - engraving . com
